Export RPE format

I am new to DOORs and DXL. So bear with me.

I would like to change the format of the header and footer in the export-RPE-word document. Specifically, I would like to add the baseline version to the document.

What does not make sense to me is the DOORS page setup. I can set up a nice page for printing. But cannot save the output to files that I can use. The export functions seem to have very limited formatting capability.

PS I am using DOORS 9.3
